Eric Wolfram's Writing, Player's Problem

Player's Problem

He went to Tiffanys and bought four pins
Two for lovers and two for friends
He sent them in the mail this day
What he's thinking, I can't say

Athough one lover longs to be friend to he
Another friend wishes his lover to be
The other lover doesn't know about she
And now he's got to tell her why she's not germ free
The other friend, of course, is me

We're waiting for his lovers who are bound to meet
We're predicting that his days won't be summer sweet
